  While I think Dr. Minjuer is a wonderful doctor, I am very disappointed with her staff. I have been trying to get a simple prescription submitted to my online pharmacy for over two months and still do not have it. I have talked to multiple staff members, left messages and they still cannot get it right. It is either submitted as brand not generic or the wrong quantity (90 vs. 100), or not submitted at all. While the online pharmacy does seem to be part of the problem, most of the issues have been in how the prescription has been submitted by the doctors office. What is most disturbing is how my many phone calls have been received. The last straw was when I requested that the staff member actually "call" the pharmacy to ensure they get the request and get it correct, I was told "yes", but in such a snippy tone of voice that I asked if they had an objection to making the phone call. The even snottier response was "I SAID YES". So, I am done. Hopefully, if I can finally get my prescription filled correctly - as I have been out of pills for two weeks now, I will be looking for a new physician. Such a shame, as I really do like and respect Dr. Minjuer. The failure is purely with her staff.
