- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First of all they use scare tatics to force a patients hand to get unnecessary services. They charge upfront for all services. They charge 100's more than the insurance company dmo plan says they can. When you question their billing practices or ask for detailed account information they will cancel all of your appointments and will not see you. The dentist relys on other staff members to do procedures he should do and when the patient complains about the staffs work they are told the work was fine the patient must have broken the cap. They are rude, incompetent and only out to make as much $$$$ as possible without taking the patient into consideration.
